ARLINGTON, VA - In preparation for our expansive facility upgrade, Ignited Discovery donated all existing office furniture to Girls, Inc. – a local non-profit organization in the Washington, D.C. area. All of the furniture donated was purchased for the Ignited office less than one year ago and showed virtually no signs of wear. According to Girls, Inc., the pieces will be used in a brand-new local facility.

By designing unique employee surveys and quantifying the results, Human Resources Matters was able to help Ignited Discovery effectively summarize feedback from employees throughout the company. Using that information, Ignited Discovery was able to revise company policy to feature more transparency for its valued team members. A new semi-annual employee review system has also been implemented to help streamline career paths within the company.
