Ignited Named Artomatic Tech Sponsor

ARLINGTON, VA - Artomatic – the month-long Washington, D.C. art festival – celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2009, and Ignited Discovery is proud to have been named the official tech sponsor of the event. Artomatic played host to over 1,600 aspiring artists this year, their unique works taking up residence in vacant office space throughout Washington, DC. A collaborative of partners donated the building space, and nearly 70,000 people came in to view the free 10th anniversary show.

Although always a popular event in the D.C. community, the free 10th anniversary show saw record attendance in 2009, and Ignited Discovery was on hand to provide a number of internet kiosks on each floor in order to secure useful survey information. The data gathered will be instrumental to the organizers of the event and will help to shape the face of future Artomatic festivals. As a member of the Washington, D.C. community, Ignited Discovery is glad to have been a part of the long-standing Artomatic effort to promote local artists.
